How Many Days a Week Should I Train?


This is completely up to you and will depend on your fitness level, experience, and schedule.


If you are new to rowing, we generally recommend starting with 2–3 sessions per week. This allows your body time to adapt while building consistency and confidence with the movements.


As you become more comfortable and want to increase your training frequency, feel free to add more sessions based on what feels right for you and your recovery.
