  • Anyone looking to strengthen their rowing foundation

The program includes:

  • Warm-ups
  • Structured rowing workouts
  • Technique instruction
  • Skill-building drills
  • Cool-downs


How Many Workouts Are There Each Week?

The program includes 6 workouts per week with 1 scheduled rest day.


How Long Is Each Daily Workout?

Each daily workout typically ranges from 30 minutes to less than 1 hour, depending on the session.


Can I Repeat the Program After Finishing It?

Absolutely. If you would like to continue improving and mastering the fundamentals, you are welcome to repeat the program as many times as you’d like.
