Still Not Working?
If you have already logged in with the correct email address and the app still does not recognize your subscription:
- Log out again.
- Restart your device.
- Reopen the app or refresh your browser.
- Log back in using your subscribed email address.
In most cases, this refreshes the app and restores access to your subscription.
