How Do I Update My Membership?


If you would like to change your Dark Horse Rowing membership from monthly to annual, or from annual to monthly, you can do so directly through the app.


Step 1: Cancel Your Current Subscription

Before switching plans, you will first need to cancel your current subscription.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Open the hamburger menu from the left-side navigation.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Click View Account Details.
  5. Scroll down to the Subscriptions section.
  6. Select Cancel Subscription.


*Your current membership will remain active until the end of your billing period.


Step 2: Resubscribe to Your Preferred Plan

Once your current subscription ends, you can log back in using the same email address and subscribe to your preferred membership plan.


To avoid being charged twice, we strongly recommend canceling your current subscription first and waiting for it to expire before purchasing a new plan.
