How Do I Ask a Coach a Question?

You can ask a coach a question through the Community page in the app.

How to Access the Community:

• After logging into your account, you can find the Communitysection:
  • In the lower menu on the homepage, or
  • By clicking the hamburger menu and selecting Community from the left-side navigation menu.

How to Post Your Question:

1. Open the Community page.
2. Click the orange New Post button.
3. Add a title if you would like, or go directly to the body of your post.
4. Type your question and click Publish.

Our coaches will review your post and respond as soon as they are online.
