I Am Using the Correct Email Address, but My Credentials Are Showing as Invalid


If you are certain you are using the correct email address but still receiving an “invalid credentials” message, the issue is usually related to an incorrect password or outdated login information stored on your device.


Things to Try First

  1. Double-check for typing errors in your email address and password.
  2. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your email.
  3. Try manually typing your password instead of using autofill or saved passwords.


Reset Your Password

If you still cannot log in, we recommend resetting your password.

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email.
