My Workouts Are Locked


If you can successfully log into the app but your workouts or programs are still locked, it usually means your membership is not properly syncing with the account currently signed in.

Steps to Restore Access

  1. Double-check that you are logged in with the same email address used to purchase your subscription.
  2. Sign out of the app completely.
  3. Close the app or browser window.
  4. Reopen the app and sign back in.


Many access issues are resolved after refreshing the session and logging back into the correct account.


If the Problem Continues

If the workouts remain locked after signing back in:

  • Restart your phone, tablet, or computer
  • Check that your subscription is still active
  • Try accessing the app from a different browser or device if available


Sometimes cached login information can delay the app from recognizing an active membership.
